DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?
No, we do not offer gift cards. However we do offer to send the product as a gift to whoever address you input.

Every pillow is backed by our three year manufacturer warranty and is crafted with a unique pillow number for you to register.

WHAT IS YOUR MARKET TARGETING?
Answer: Our market is targeted towards people businessman who travel constantly either by air or ground; and work constantly at the desk. Usually the most common thing hated about traveling is the discomfort that people experience due to uncomfortable seats, space which could be improved by pillows. Still today, people still try to find ways to innovate comfort products to improve people’s lives and we will achieve that.

Answer:Â The competitive advantage of our corporation is that we have integrated many things into one, which has not been yet done in the market that we are involved in. Reliability, fair pricing and determination to rid of everyday discomforts will be our advantage in the competition.
WHATS YOUR PRICING STRATEGY?
Answer:Â Our pricing strategy will be based off initial consumer sales, labor hours, advertising and a price we believe is fair, yet affordable. Prices will not be set in stone and will change alongside our product.
WHAT SETTING DO I DRY MY PILLOWS AT?
Dry your pillows according to the care label. If you are able to put them in the dryer, place a few tennis balls in with the pillows to speed up dry time and to keep the fibers from clumping.
WHAT KIND OF PILLOW CASE CAN I USE?
100% cotton, open ended pillow cases. Using another fabric blend or material may take away the cooling effect of the pillow. Do not use pillow protectors since they will take away the cooling effect of the pillow. Pillow protectors are also not needed since Millow® is washable and dryable.
DOES MY PILLOW SHIP TO CANADA?
Yes we do! We have a shipping facility within Canada so you will never incur any additional duty fees or taxes, in the rare case an item is shipped from our US location we will refund any duties or taxes. Please contact us with any other questions. All purchases are in US Dollars.
WHAT PILLOW SHOULD I GET FOR MY SLEEPING POSITION?
Most people favor a sleep position (back, side, or stomach), but people rarely sleep in the same position throughout the whole night. We took this into consideration when developing our pillows. Our foam formula was developed to accommodate all sleep positions, so your pillow will stay in place and hold its shape no matter how you move during sleep.
