Our product that we are trying to achieve is a pillow with versatile functions that will fit into everyday life. Pillows are a necessity that people will always use for their sleep and comfort. In 2010 Americans spent $740 million on sleeping pillows and the number has increased in the past few years after that. People will always keep on using pillows as long as they sleep. The competition that our company would be facing would be other brands that makes products similar to pillows or bed materials. For an example, brands such as Good Life Essential, Sleep Better and Coop Home Goods.
Our Keys to Success
We will outsell our competitors because of our affordable prices. We want to be able to provide for everyone no matter if you are in higher, middle, or lower class everyone will be able to buy this product and be satisfied with the great quality.
Operations
DKST Corporation will be working at Lakewood High School in Mr McNamee room. We will use social media, emailing, text messages, websites such as google documents to get our work done. We will use the equipment that we have in our hands such as 3-D Printer and the computers to develop our product and strive to better our best. We will sell our product online on our website and use websites such as Amazon to help send our products to our customers. Moreover, we will partner with retails stores such as Walmart or Walgreens to sell our product.
Distribution patterns
We will delivering our product through online shipping from our website but will hope to expand our horizons to other online stores such as Amazon and eBay. Moreover, we hope to expand our products to retail stores such as Walmart or Target.
